Return and Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- You received an incorrect item
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective
- The product is expired upon delivery
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Change of mind after opening the product
Return Window
All return or replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Contact Skin Tribe support within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear images showing the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, you will receive return instructions
Please note: Do not send any items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a provided bank account
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your request is approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
