1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually arrive within 2-4  working days depending on your city.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan on eligible orders.

3. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

4. Can I return a skincare product after opening it?
No. Opened skincare products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective.

5. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Report it within 48 hours with your order number and product photos. We’ll review and resolve it.

6. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are offered for approved return cases only.

7. How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Do you ship internationally?
No. Skin Tribe currently ships only within Pakistan.

10. What if my order is delayed?
Courier delays can happen. If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact support.


11. Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved cases are handled via replacement or refund.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

13. Are your products original?
Yes. All Skin Tribe products are 100% authentic and quality-checked before dispatch.

14. What if my skin reacts to a product?
Stop use immediately. Skincare reactions can happen depending on skin type. Patch testing before full use is strongly recommended.
